I'm Gabriella Moretti.

HELLO

Lawyer, systemic coach, and mother of two — I support people who achieve a great deal and want to pause and shape things consciously.

Becoming a Systemic Coach

I'm half Swiss, half Italian, and grew up in a family of restaurateurs and hoteliers. A genuine interest in people, openness to different cultures, and a love of exchange have shaped me for as long as I can remember. I studied law in Fribourg, Lucerne, and the United States, and for around ten years I've worked as a lawyer in stock exchange regulation — high-performance environments, responsibility, and complex questions are familiar territory for me.

At the same time, I've experienced first-hand how demanding it can be to reconcile personal growth, career ambitions, and everyday life as a married mother of two. That desire for personal development and broadening my own horizons has always stayed with me. So in 2020, I began training as a systemic coach at ISI – Institut für Systemische Impulse, completing the program in 2023.

Since then, I've also worked as a coach in the parents@work program, supporting working parents with work-life balance, role clarity, and career development. It's work that draws directly on my own experience as both a lawyer and a mother. My approach reflects how I see people: we all carry valuable resources within us, we're shaped by our environment, and we have the ability to gain new perspectives and make conscious decisions.

What coaching means to me

First

Resources are already there

We carry the capacity for change within us — coaching makes it visible and usable.

Second

A protected space

Not advice, but clarity: sorting thoughts, recognizing patterns, developing new paths.

Third

Not another performance space

Without judgment, with empathy — a place where you're allowed to look honestly at yourself.

In the end, everything will be fine.
And if it isn't fine, it isn't the end yet.
