HELLO

I'm half Swiss, half Italian, and grew up in a family of restaurateurs and hoteliers. A genuine interest in people, openness to different cultures, and a love of exchange have shaped me for as long as I can remember. I studied law in Fribourg, Lucerne, and the United States, and for around ten years I've worked as a lawyer in stock exchange regulation — high-performance environments, responsibility, and complex questions are familiar territory for me.

At the same time, I've experienced first-hand how demanding it can be to reconcile personal growth, career ambitions, and everyday life as a married mother of two. That desire for personal development and broadening my own horizons has always stayed with me. So in 2020, I began training as a systemic coach at ISI – Institut für Systemische Impulse, completing the program in 2023.

Since then, I've also worked as a coach in the parents@work program, supporting working parents with work-life balance, role clarity, and career development. It's work that draws directly on my own experience as both a lawyer and a mother. My approach reflects how I see people: we all carry valuable resources within us, we're shaped by our environment, and we have the ability to gain new perspectives and make conscious decisions.
